The E Team-Where does our help come from?

Dear Team,

Counting the days until we meet.  By now you should have started packing.  Go over your packing list, make sure you have your water bottles, sun glasses, bibles, pens and notebooks.  Everything you need will be on the packing list.  By now, you might be wondering a little bit about us.  We have been praying for you as well as ourselves.  Marty has been leading trips for more years than he can count.  Fred also has a few under his belt.  Our job is to partner with you all in presenting whatever God has planned for us.  We will be arriving several days before you and we will be touring the ministry sites and praying over them.  We will be meeting with our ministry partners for the details of your trip.  This will help us set parameters for the safety of the groups as well as logistics and communications.  We will be learning to practice ALOE (Ask, Listen, Obey, Evaluate).  Ask in faith through listening in prayer, being obedient to what we hear and then evaluating.  Be in prayer for safe travel and for hearts to be open to the message of Christ.

Psalm 121 will be our scripture for the week.

 Psalm121

1 I lift up my eyes to the mountains—
    where does my help come from?
2 My help comes from the Lord,
    the Maker of heaven and earth.

3 He will not let your foot slip—
    he who watches over you will not slumber;
4 indeed, he who watches over Israel
    will neither slumber nor sleep.

5 The Lord watches over you—
    the Lord is your shade at your right hand;
6 the sun will not harm you by day,
    nor the moon by night.

7 The Lord will keep you from all harm—
    he will watch over your life;
8 the Lord will watch over your coming and going
    both now and forevermore.

God bless.

Marty and Fred
