On the third night of the mission trip, we all gathered in the sanctuary, and Ashley wanted us to just spend a few moments in silence, and just ask God to speak to us. I told God, "just do whatever you want, Lord, I trust you.".....then all of a sudden, the word "power" popped in my head. I asked God to show me what this meant. then my heart started pounding really, really fast, and my body started trembling. I knew this wasnt coming from me. I knew it was the Holy Spirit. I never felt this kind of feeling before. I fell on my knees, and suddenly it felt like God was telling me, "dont worry, im always in control.", and I started to realize why God told me the word "power".

He was showing me his power. I could literally feel his power all throughout my mind, body, and soul. I felt his power so much, it felt like God was telling me, "you can feel how powerful I am, so dont be afraid, dont worry, im in control. nothing can hurt you."
