I miss my wife, but I've made new friends.

I miss my kids, but I've made 17 new 7 year old buddies.

I don't miss working in Detroit, but I love cleaning trash in Lincoln Heights (my opinion's changing about Detroit).

I miss my home, but I'm sleeping great on an air mattress.

I've dropped the fist bump-blow it up, and picked up the fist bump-jelly fish (thanks Larry).

I used to think I was funny, until Larry made me cry with Chuck Norris jokes (thanks again Larry).

I'm terrified of public speaking/praying, but not so much anymore.

I've missed my favorite radio ministries, but I got to see a deaf pastor get ordained and pray with him (AMAZING).

I took off a week away from my family, my job, and my comforts, but I've grown closer to God, got a break from my job, and have come way out of my comfort zone.

I'm feeling verklempt, talk amongst yourselves.
